A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court for three years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 29, 2018.
