Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:00 on August 20, 2013, the Defendants entered the D amusement room located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, with the influence of alcohol, the Defendants reported to 112 as follows.

At around 23:20 on the same day, G, a police officer of the Gwangju Southern Police Station E District, who was called upon receipt of a report, arrived at the said entertainment room and listened to the contents of damage from B, and confirmed the CCTV screen installed inside the said room. However, the said B was only confirmed as a stimulated, and it was not confirmed as a physical part of the dog or the upper part of the dog, and it was not confirmed as a civil case to Defendant B.

Accordingly, the Defendants set a claim for the reason that the above police officers did not deal with the reported case, and Defendant A took the chest of the police officer F in her hand over the floor once tightly, and Defendant B continued to use the chest of G in her hand. Defendant B used the chest of G in her hand.

Accordingly, the above G notified the Defendant A of the doctrine of disturbance and arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender in obstruction of performance of official duties, and the Defendant B committed assault, such as knife’s hand, and knife’s hand, resulting in the Defendant B’s injury on the water level, flife, and flife’s hand, requiring two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties in relation to the investigation duties such as handling the 112 report by police officers and arresting flagrant offenders, and Defendant B inflicted injury on the victim G at the same time.

2. On August 20, 2013, Defendant A was arrested as a flagrant offender of the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties on the grounds of the foregoing paragraph (1) around 23:40 on the same day, and was accompanied to the Seoul Southern Police Station E zone located in Gwangju Nam-gu, Gwangju, and thereafter, Defendant A complained of the victim G (33 years of age) who was a policeman belonging to the said E zone, who was a police officer assigned to the said E zone, for the reason that “when arrested, knife knife knife hife hife hife hife hife h
