Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle with detached motor vehicle from B.

On March 31, 2017, the Defendant operated the said car at the front of the Sinsi City C on March 22, 2017, and proceeded from the side of the U.S. Agricultural Cooperative to the astronomical elementary school.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by reducing speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and driven a victim D (26 years old) who was under the influence of alcohol 0.068% in blood while driving the said vehicle due to negligence while driving the vehicle.

E The part behind the K7 car was received as the front part of the Defendant’s car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, the injury to the victim D, such as knee knee knee kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne, kne kne kne kne, etc., which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment to the victim D.

2. A violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) was driven by the Defendant in a state of alcohol alcohol of about 0.068% of alcohol concentration in blood from the 1km section from the front of the new gnpo road to the front road of the open gnpo road located in the same Dong-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, as stated in paragraph (1).
