Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, it is against the Defendants for a period of one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a fire-fighting officer working in the Jeju Fire Department D, and Defendant B is a person who works as a managing director of the corporation E.

B On November 2016, 2016, a multi-family house with the size of 416.16 square meters on the ground of 233 square meters in Jeju-si, Jeju-si (hereinafter “instant building”) entered into a contract with a construction business operator for construction of the instant building with respect to the electricity, telecommunications, and fire-fighting systems of the instant building, and completed the said construction on or around December 27, 2016, but it was impossible to obtain a certificate of completion inspection of fire-fighting systems for the instant building by carrying out construction without filing a report on the commencement of fire-fighting systems with a fire station due to an error, and thereby was not subject to the completion inspection of the instant building.

Accordingly, Defendant A, a fire-fighting public official, who was known to the general public at the construction site of the instant building at around 14:00 on December 27, 2016, is not a defendant A, and the defendant A would not have any problem with the failure to report the commencement of the construction of the building.

Defendant A responded to “I wish to find a method once,” and Defendant A responded to “I wish to find a method.”

On December 30, 2016, the Defendants forged official document: (a) entered the building information details, etc. included in the construction status table at the construction site of the instant building site at the Jeju District Court at the office of the fire station of the Jeju District Court located in G at the Jeju District Court on December 30, 2016; (b) on the screen on the basis of the “Certificate of Inspection on Completion of Fire-Fighting Systems (Approval for Use)” which was stored in the computer installed at the relevant location without authority for the purpose of exercising upon the above request from Defendant B; and (c) printed out one copy of the building information, etc. included in the construction status table at the construction site of the instant building site at the Jeju District Court at the time of delivery, and arbitrarily stamped the official seal of the head of the Jeju Fire Station at his own discretion at

Accordingly, the defendants are fire-fighting systems in the name of the head of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for the purpose of uttering.
