On October 2, 2013, at around 15:50 on October 2, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven Category B-3 trucking vehicles with approximately 3 kilometers from the front road of the assistance apartment apartment in Namyang-dong to the front road located in the same central market 2-38.
