Punishment of the crime

On March 7, 2018, the Defendant driven a B Ⅲ truck with alcohol content of about 800 meters from the central market public parking lot located in Yangyang-dong, Namyang-si to the front side of the Seongbuk-dong community hall located in the same city of Seongbuk-dong from around 000 meters to about 0.105% under the influence of alcohol.
