A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On February 19, 2018, around 11:15, the Defendant taken a photograph of the ice and the ice in the central subway of the Gyeong-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the name-free women who were seated in the Defendant’s opposite fluoral seat, and the fluoral seat and the fluoral seat of the female who were seated in the Defendant’s fluoral seat by using the mobile phone image recording function.

On April 4, 2018, around 23:26, the Defendant taken a photograph by using the Defendant’s mobile phone screen recording function in Vietnam, following the Seoul Special Metropolitan City B Gosiwon C, and through windows, the victim D (the victim, the 19-year old-old)’s cell phone recording function.

On April 29, 2018, around 00:52, the Defendant taken a photograph by using the Defendant’s mobile phone screen recording function in the front door of the building C in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. The Defendant took a photograph of the body of the Victim F (the name, n, age 27) (the name, n, age 27) of this clothes through windows.

On May 6, 2018, from around 22:59 to 23:40 of the same day, the Defendant taken a photograph by using the Defendant’s mobile phone screen recording function in the shape and bath of the victim F being exempted from clothes and being cleaned through windows.

E. On May 7, 2018, the Defendant taken a photograph by using the Defendant’s mobile phone screen image recording function in the Hadodok where the Defendant passed the 440 straight line that was located in the center of Shicheon-si, Macheon-do. In addition, the Defendant taken the mar of the victim G (ast, f, 17 years old) located on the side of the Defendant’s cell phone screen.

Accordingly, the defendant took photographs of another person's body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using devices similar to the camera, against his will.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. The Defendant came in the vicinity of the above B Gowon on the date stated in B B B-B, and after considering that there was a victim D (a name) in the room through windows, the Defendant’s body is a cell phone.
