A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On August 27, 2019, at around 17:29, the Defendant: (a) discovered the appearance of the victim D (one-year life, two-year age, ten) coming from a short half door; (b) discovered the victim’s body part of the victim’s body; and (c) went back to the victim’s body part, following the victim; and (d) invaded the victim’s body part of the victim’s body part of the body through the front door of the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu E, the victim’s residence at around 17:34 on the same day, when the victim came to the house of the victim’s residence, the victim went to the end of the second floor following the victim’s back to the front door of the second floor.

B. On August 29, 2019, around 17:15, the Defendant discovered the appearance of the victim F (a family name, 18 years of age) coming from a school with the school uniforms b, and tried to capture the victim’s lower body part of the body, following the victim. At around 17:22 of the same day, the victim came into the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the residence of the victim, and went into the 4th floor door door, and went into the 4th floor, following the victim’s back.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the victim's residence more than twice.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On August 27, 2019, the Defendant, on the 17:34th day of Aug. 27, 2019, taken a visual image of the body of the victim, using the Defendant’s mobile phone screen recording function, using the Defendant’s mobile phone screen recording function for approximately one minute.

B. On August 29, 2019, the Defendant, at around 17:22, taken video images around 1:2 minutes of the body of the victim, including the victim’s legs, ambl, ambl, etc., using the Defendant’s mobile phone image shooting function in front and inside stairs of the Ggate and the inner stairs of the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu, Seoul, which are the residence of the victim F (the 18 years of age).

C. The Defendant around 18:10 on October 1, 2019, the fourth floor of the I Library located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H.
