1. The defendant,
A. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 73,231,080 and KRW 40,000 among them, from October 17, 2015 to the rest of 33.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiffs received each land from the Defendant, among all housing complexes created in the Gyeonggi-si Eth of Gyeonggi-gu.
(E) In light of the fact that a housing site is created and sold in lots, each area of the land subject to sale was planned to be increased or decreased, and the following agreement was made to be settled after the rent. B. The Plaintiffs purchased each of the above lands and shares (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”), and paid the purchase price to the Defendant, and completed each of the instant lands under the names of the Plaintiffs.
