A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 3,00,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2014 Godan3981" operates a "D" coffee shop in Gwangju Dong-gu C.

On April 14, 2014, the Defendant created the said coffee shop parking lot with earth and sand affixed to the area of 972 square meters in Gwangju-dong, Dong-gu, Seoul, a farmland outside the agricultural promotion area.

Accordingly, the defendant has diverted farmland outside the agricultural promotion area without obtaining the farmland diversion permission.

The defendant of "2014 High-Family 1747" operates G in Gwangju Northern-gu F.

Any person who intends to change the use of a building shall report it to the head of the Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not report to the head of the Gu on May 2013, and changed the use of the parking lot without permission for the purpose of using the wood for 48.535 square meters in the parking lot constructed at the address located within the urban area.

The defendant of "2014 High 1883" is the owner of the third floor above the ground level above the third floor above the upper ground in the Do-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

A person who intends to construct or repair a building in an urban planning zone shall obtain permission from a Special Self-Governing Province Governor or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain permission,

1. On August 2012, 2012, Police Officers made the stairs of 17.1 square meters in the floor area of steel-frame reinforced concrete structure at the right entrance of the 1st floor of the coffee shop at the upper right entrance of the coffee shop;

2. Handing out of July 2012 the block of the instant coffee shop, 8.4 square meters of the floor area connecting the first floor and the second floor of the steel-framed reinforced concrete structure, which is 8.4 square meters of the floor area;

3. To extend a rest area of 22 square meters or less in the area of a steel-frame reinforced concrete structure to the rest area of the same coffee shop and the rest area of 22 square meters or more in the end of June 2013.

4. At a date set forth in paragraph 3, a prefabricated-type panel, etc. was newly constructed to use it as a parking office at the above coffee shop outdoor parking lot.
