On December 2, 2013, the Defendant constructed a building with a floor area of approximately 13.69 square meters in the structure of large trees, etc. to use it as a warehouse that keeps agricultural equipment in the land B in the Si of Jin-si, an agricultural and forest area, without reporting to the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor.
