Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving a rocketing taxi.

On December 11, 2013, the Defendant driven the above taxi on December 00:19, and proceeded at a speed of about 97 km at a speed of about 17 km in the speed of 238 degrees in front of the new village of Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul.
