A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2013, around 08:15, the Defendant requested the victim D (the 60-year-old age) to pay the payment of the cargo (the paper for the protection of the floor of the construction site) that he delivered within the parking lot for the first floor of the C Center located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and the victim refused it, and the victim made the refusal to do so several times, using his hand and the inspection place, and made the victim's chest in both drinking and parked, and caused the victim's damage to the cargo vehicle parked therein.

As such, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in the climatic tension, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
