Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

Punishment of the crime

1. 업무 방해 피고인은 2015. 11. 21. 22:30 경 부천시 오정구 D에 있는 피해자 E(39 세) 이 운영하는 ‘F’ 주점에서 술에 취하여 통화를 하던 중 화가 나 큰소리로 옆 자리 손님들에게 “ 그렇게 하면 안되지, 새끼야. ”라고 말하며 시비를 걸고, 피해자가 이를 말리며 귀가를 권유하자 “ 니가 그런 식으로 하면 돼 ” 라며 술값 지불을 거부하면서 피해자의 옆구리를 주먹으로 때리고 피해자의 양쪽 종아리를 발로 걷어찼으며, 옆에 있던 손님들이 이를 말리자 계속하여 그 손님들에게도 때릴 듯이 시비를 걸며 소란을 피워, 주점 내 손님들을 밖으로 나가게 하고 손님 응대를 하지 못하게 함으로써, 위력으로 피해자의 주점 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

2. Interference with performing public duties;

A. On November 21, 2015, at around 22:59, the Defendant was required to pay the drinking value from H(43) and police officers (the age of 24) who were called out after receiving a report from 112 that there was a guest who is suffering from a disturbance without paying the drinking value at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) at the Seocheon-gu Police Station G District, Taecheon-gu, Busan (the age of 43) and I (the age of 24).
