Punishment of the crime
[2] On January 22, 2010, T received a summary order of KRW 5 million from the Incheon District Court to commit a violation of the Act on the Regulation of Similar Receiving Acts. On October 27, 2010, T was sentenced to a fine of KRW 13 million for the same crime, etc. on July 27, 2010, and was sentenced on July 19, 201 to the Incheon District Court for the same crime, etc. on July 29, 2012, the above judgment became final and conclusive on August 29, 2013, and was released from the Incheon District Court on October 28, 2013 while serving the sentence, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on November 22, 2013.
