Defendants shall be exempted from each punishment.

The request of the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On July 21, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Regulation of Fraud and Similar Receiving Acts at the Seoul Central District Court on September 28, 2016. Defendant B was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Regulation of Similar Receiving Acts at the Seoul High Court on December 24, 2009 and released on July 29, 2011 and passed on August 24, 2011. On July 21, 2016, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced Defendant A to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Regulation of Fraud and Similar Receiving Acts, which became final and conclusive on July 29, 2016 by the Seoul Central District Court on July 21, 2016; Defendant C was sentenced to six years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Regulation of Fraud and Similar Receiving Acts at the Seoul Central District Court on July 21, 2016, 2016.

[2] Defendant A, as the head of the “I” association established for the purpose of the mutual aid and commission business, took overall charge of the operation of the said cooperative. Defendant B, as the head of the association, took charge of education and lectures against the head of the headquarters and the head of the branch office and the head of the team. Defendant C, as the head of the association, took charge of the overall affairs of computer and fund management. Defendant D, as the head office and the head office, took charge of presentation on business conducted by the headquarters and the nationwide branch office, and Defendant E, as the head office and the head office of the original branch, took charge of the management of investors recruitment and the branch office.

Defendants act on behalf of an unspecified number of people.
