When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:40 on March 31, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as the victim D(44 years of age) and scambling with the parking problem in front of the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Incheon, as a matter of parking in front of C, and the victim was scambling four times by hand, and threatening the victim with a fire-fighting tree.
