A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has been in the relationship between the victim C (n, 44 years of age) and the victim C (n, 44 years of age) for about 10 years since 2006.

1. On November 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) requested the victim to walk the phone at a cafeteria located in the mardong-dong-dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (c) on November 5, 2015, the Defendant sent the victim a telephone to the victim, and (d) requested the victim to “Aba B B before it is added in the fourth time; (d) the victim did not want to do so and refused to do so; (c) on the same day at around 20:24, the Defendant threatened the victim by putting the phone on the victim, “Iba, Iba, Iba, Iba, Iba, Ibaf, Iba, I d's husband, Ibaf, I am, Ibaba, I would now, I would like to put

2. Violence;

A. On February 29, 2016, around 20:00 on February 29, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim at approximately 10 times, on the following grounds: (a) in the FMW car owned by the Defendant, which was parked in the front of the “E” headline located in the Dong-gu, dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) on the ground that the victim is hedging, on the ground that the victim is hedging, he/she assaulted the victim at approximately 10 times on the left part of the victim’s upper part, such as the back part of the blue and the hand part of the victim.

B. On February 29, 2016, at around 20:30 on February 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to the victim even prior to the establishment of a dong-gu dong-gu dong-gu dong-gu dong-gu dong-gu dong-gu dong-gu Do on February 29, 2016; (b) again, (c) had the victim go on the said BM vehicle so that it would cause the victim to go on the said vehicle, and (d) had the victim go at the parking lot located in the flow-dong dong dong-gu dong-gu dong-gu Ydong-gu Y-dong Y; and (d) assaulted the victim at around 10 times on both her hand

3. Confinement and assault;

A. On February 29, 2016, the Defendant was detained in a parking lot located in the Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, in the city of 21:00, and the above 2-B.

As described in the paragraph, it is deemed that the victim, who was assaulted, intends to get out of the above BMW vehicle, “I want to get up whether or not he was subject to the principle of tax calculation or not.”
