The punishment of the accused shall be set forth in six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 18, 2018, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) got off his/her cell phone from the victim E (at 20 years of age) who was a tobacco 202, located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern District C; and (b) confirmed his/her cell phone content by getting off his/her cell phone from the victim on the ground that he/she was bad, and confirmed his/her cell phone content; and (c) continuously caused the victim’s face, shoulder, body, and vessel by getting off his/her hair from the victim’s face, shoulder, body, and vessel with his/her hand, resulting in the victim’s injury, such as damage of face, face, which requires two-day medical treatment.

2. From March 18, 2018 to 17:00 on the same day from March 18, 2018 to 17:00 of the same day, the Defendant is deemed to have the victim frighted by assault as above, and the victim frighted into a fright, wishing to come into a fright.

In spite of its appearance, it threatens the victim as he/she will see, and “whether or not”;

In this regard, the victim took the bath for the victim's mobile phone so that the victim could not come from the room and detained the victim for about two hours.

C. The scope of final sentence due to the aggravation of multiple offenses: six months to two years.
