Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On March 18, 2016, at around 22:57, the Defendant driven the above taxi, and was in a straight speed of approximately 43 K km at a speed of about 43 K km in the direction of a bus terminal in the direction of the cross-country bus in the front of the 25 luminous luminous apartment zone in front of the luminous 25 luminous Dog-si, the Defendant had a duty of care to temporarily stop immediately before the intersection and drive the taxi safely with due care to other traffic.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim H(the age of 42) who was on the said victim D, due to the following reasons: (a) the detailed unknown scams, etc. in need of treatment for about six (6) weeks; and (b) the brain scams, etc. in which there is no room in two in which treatment is required for about three (3) weeks; and (c) the said victim F is in need of treatment for about two (2) weeks; and (d) the victim F.
