A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.237% in a section of about 500 meters from the front road of the Hancheon-gun Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gu, Hongcheon-do, as described in paragraph (1) to the roads before the bus terminal for the above time.
