The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. The facts charged D and E need to purchase the remainder of real estate as a housing site development project in collusion with H, the substantial operator interest loan hub of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F lending broker, in collusion with H, the actual operator interest loan hub, around July 25, 2014.
