The Plaintiffs, as married couple, jointly own the land D and E (hereinafter referred to as “each land of this case”) in Nam-gu, Incheon.

6. 근저당 설정 및 이자부담 ㈎ 본 사업부지에 설정된 채권최고액 325,000,000원은 토지주인 원고들이 변제 의무가 있으며 원고들의 토지대금에서 상환하기로 한다.

㈏ 채권최고액 325,000,000원에 대한 이자지급은 공사착공시점 2010. 3. 31.부터 2010. 7. 31.까지(4개월)는 원고들이 부담하고 2010. 8. 1.부터는 피고가 부담하기로 한다.

7. The business rights shall cease to be run for at least 20 days and shall be smooth.
