Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties 1) Defendant F Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”)
(2) The Defendant G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) concluded a service agreement with the Defendant Co., Ltd. on June 15, 2017 and took charge of sales agency, administrative affairs, etc. relating to the Defendant Co., Ltd.’s business affairs related to the Defendant Co., Ltd.’s business affairs, after completing the inaugural general meeting on March 11, 2017.
B. 1) The Plaintiffs enter into an agreement to enter into an association with the content that they would purchase one household among the apartment houses of the district housing association to be newly constructed after joining the Defendant association and the Defendant association as a member of the association on the date and time set forth in each of the following [the table] (hereinafter “each of the instant agreements to enter into an association”).
