A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where a foreigner who enters the airport or harbor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa intends to move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea for the purpose of staying in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for tourism or passage in violation of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Development of Free International City for the purpose of tourism and

On February 23, 2014, the Defendant entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to the Jeju International Airport located in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa to the effect that he/she will stay for tourism, transit, etc.

On March 2014, the Defendant moved to Seoul area by using the vessel, etc., which was provided by a person in a non-nameless port located in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.

Accordingly, the defendant entered the airport of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without visa and moved to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining permission from the Minister of Justice for extension of sojourn area.

2. On August 1, 2016, the Defendant was arrested with a warrant of arrest issued by the court against the suspected charge under the above paragraph (1) by three police officers, such as the reduction C, etc. in the position of the Seogpo Coast Guard, at around 08:10, Namyang-si, South Eup, Namyang-si, Seoul, and one (1).

Since then, the Defendant, at the parking lot of the “E” laundry disposal company located in D, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, 08:30 on the same day, fleded with the Defendant, using the gap where the above police officers were negligent in surveillance of witnesses.
