A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The head of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Special Act on the Establishment of Free International City, a person who solicits Vietnam to move through Jeju-do to a inland area in the Republic of Korea through Jeju-do for illegal employment and enters Jeju-do by pretending to enter Jeju-do, and C and D, a general responsibility for domestic transportation, have an identification card of Vietnam in the Republic of Korea or a naturalization Vietnam, and has purchased an aviation ticket through Jeju-do and play a role of moving Vietnam to the land by getting on board the aircraft through the search stand for domestic boarding ships, respectively.

If a foreigner who enters the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa pursuant to the special provisions of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Development of Free International City as an airport or harbor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for the purpose of staying in the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for the purpose of tourism, passage, etc., intends to move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain permission from the Minister of Justice for the extension of sojourn area

Nevertheless, the defendant, without a visa on November 2, 2015, moved Vietnam's nationality E, a defendant's wife who entered the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa, to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea, and purchased a domestic aircraft boarding ticket with a F foreigner registration certificate prepared in advance by C and D, and decided to leave E to land.

Accordingly, around November 6, 2015, C received E’s photograph from the Defendant in writing and confirmed E’s face, and the Defendant instructed the Defendant to “E’s front head as a person,” and the Defendant’s name is the length similar to F, a trade name and an insular beauty room located in the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
