Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a daily employed worker.

In fact, the Defendant did not have any property under his own name, and did not begin with the container leasing business, so even if the victims received funds from the victims in relation to container leasing business, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the principal and interest of the investment by carrying out container leasing business.

Nevertheless,

1. Around May 2012, the criminal defendant against the victim C made a false statement that “The defendant would pay dividends of an amount equivalent to three million won per container container to the above victim when he/she invests funds due to the shortage of deposit in the construction site of apartment buildings being constructed by Tae Young-gu Construction in South and North Korea, which is being executed by the victim C, in a male clothes shop near the Suwon-si Station of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which is operated by the victim C.”

The Defendant received a total of KRW 108,400,000 from June 26, 2012 to January 21, 2013 from the victim C to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim C, obtained a total of KRW 108,400,00.

2. On August 2012, 2012, the criminal defendant against the victim D was the victim D who met with the introduction of the above C from a golf driving range to the above C on the ground of the address of the first police officer on August 2012, 2012. The defendant made a false statement to the effect that the victim D would pay KRW 3 million per container for each container.

On August 14, 2012, the Defendant received from the victim D a total of KRW 5,500 from the victim D, including delivery of KRW 10 million through the above C, from that time until December 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivingd the victim D, thereby deceiving 5 million won.

3. The Defendant against the victim E shall pay the victim E a rent of one million won per vehicle for a container at the end of October 2012.
