1. The management committee for Defendant A’s management body: (a) the council of occupants’ representatives for the Plaintiff A’s representatives; (b) the council of occupants’ representatives for KRW 1,675,000; and (c) the council thereof.

1. Consumed facts/legal relations Seoul Jongno-gu G and H are the main complex consisting of five apartment units (101-105 Dong), 657 households (201, 202 Dong), 286 households (201, 202 Dong), 1 commercial building (301 Dong), 74 households (hereinafter “instant complex”).

Plaintiff

A The council of occupants' representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "council of occupants' representatives") consisting of representatives from each Dong of occupants, etc. (including occupants, such as sectional owners and lessees, etc.) in the instant complex, and is an organization established for the purpose of managing, etc. the part of the apartment complex among the instant complex. Defendant A management committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant A management committee") consists of officetels and commercial buildings (hereinafter referred to as "commercial building") among the instant complex as representatives of sectional owners, etc., and is an organization established for the purpose of managing, etc. the part of the instant complex.

Plaintiff

B The instant complex No. 103 Dong 303, Plaintiff C is a single owner under the same 105 Dong 506, Plaintiff D is a single owner under the same 103 Dong 608-1/2 shares.

Defendant U.S. Pamper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant U.S. Pamper”) is a controlled entity entrusted by the Defendant Steering Committee with the management of commercial areas except for apartment parts among the instant complex.

Defendant E is a person operating a private letter and feet center on the second underground floor of the instant complex, and Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant F”) is a corporation operating a restaurant of “I” on the second underground floor.

On August 1, 2008, the instant complex constituted a council of occupants' representatives consisting of representatives from each Dong (i.e., the integration of apartment and commercial buildings) and managed the entire complex of this case. Since May 1, 201, the Defendant Steering Committee has management authority for the apartment (residential) portion and commercial building portion, respectively.
