Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court on April 10, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 18, 2014.

The defendant presented a copy of the FF's driver's license, which was kept as the relation of the construction site employment contract, around that time.

The Defendant, “2015 Go-Ma213,” was unable to open his/her own mobile phone no longer due to his/her failure to pay his/her mobile phone charges, and used his/her resident registration certificate to open his/her mobile phone in H’s name.

2. On March 10, 2011, the Defendant forged private documents using the pen in the “service new contract” kept at his/her agency located in Busan J-gu, Busan, stating “H” in the name column, “K” in the resident registration number column, “K” in the address column, and “H” in the applicant customer column, and signed it in the name of H.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application form for mobile phone membership in the name of H, a private document on rights and obligations.

3. When the Defendant applied for the opening of a cellular phone from an employee who may not know of the above J agency’s name in the same place, the Defendant issued the forged mobile phone entrance application form as if it were duly formed.
