A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was living in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, which is a residence of the victim C (V, women, 74 years of age). From March 21, 2012 to around the time of the instant case, the Defendant lived in F202, which is a residence of the victim E (80 years of age).

1. On September 15, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the said 202 house chain, which the Defendant was living at the time, was in possession of the victim C; and (b) took the said victim C’s residence to the said victim C, stating that “The key of why he would have gone to the instant spout years and dys shall be, within the scope of, an internal tax and taxable law,” and then, damaged the spout door door glass (a) with which the market price of the victim C-owned is unknown (a 74cm X x 74cm in length) by cutting it out.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapon, etc.) hears the victim C that the Defendant did not have any tension with the Defendant, and went to the victim E’s residence and the house of the Defendant together with the victim C.

At around 21:06 on the same day, the Defendant requested the victim E, a house owner, to change the key of 202, the house of the Defendant, and opened the victim E’s house as the auxiliary key possessed by the victim E, and took the victim’s house as “E”.

Accordingly, the victim E called "I will take a knife with a knife," which means "I will take a knife with a knife," which means "I will take a knife with a knife with a dangerous object that was kept at the home of the defendant, and she went to the victims, and the victims reported the defendant, and she used the above kitchen knife with the victims as they threatened the victims.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victims of dangerous things, such as kitchen knife.
