The first instance court.

1. Basic facts

A. The forest land 19,537m2 (hereinafter “the forest land before the instant partition”) in Yong-gun, Jeonnam-gun was divided and the ownership transfer registration was completed as follows.

1) On July 23, 1996, HFF (hereinafter “HFF”) with respect to forest land before the instant partition.
