Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 22, 2013, at around 15:10, the Defendant discovered a young female with a name influence, who was making up a short fluence from the electric train that passed through a high speed terminal station of 19-3 subway No. 7 of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and found the body of the female who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by using his Samsung Samsung Talthlon mobile phone with the inner function of the camera, and taken a video image against his will.
2. On May 22, 2013, at around 18:21, the Defendant discovered a young woman with a white flag in the waiting room in the high speed terminal station of 19-3 subway No. 7 of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, and found the body of the female who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by using the above Samsung gallon mobile phone with the inner function of the camera, and taken a video image against his/her will.
