1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of premise;

A. On August 25, 2008, the Plaintiff was granted a doctorate in accounting at the graduate school managing the F University.

Defendant C directed the Plaintiff of the doctorate degree course as a professor of F University Business Management Department.

From 2007, Defendant D took a doctorate course in the accounting field under the guidance of Defendant C at the F University management graduate school, and obtained a doctorate in August 2009.

Defendant E served as a research professor in the management department of the F University at a similar time.

B. The Plaintiff written “G” as a doctoral degree preliminary examination paper (hereinafter “First thesis”) by the Plaintiff, including the thesis and its work process.

After December 5, 2007, Defendant C, H, and I, a preliminary examiner, sent the first thesis to e-mail.

The preliminary examination was conducted on December 7, 2015, and the defendant C participated in the preliminary examination as an examiner, defendant D, and E.

The Plaintiff continued to conduct research on the basis of the first thesis, added the “act of management expenses for the proper company’s sales management expenses” to the research subject of the doctor’s degree thesis, and written the “J(1-1 thesis)” containing the results of this study.

On April 21, 2008, the first-1 thesis was sent to Defendant C by e-mail.

The Plaintiff written “K (hereinafter referred to as the “K”)” and submitted it as a doctor’s degree application to the F University’s graduate school on April 2008, and received a doctor’s degree as a thesis on August 25, 2008.

C. The Defendants written and published the thesis No. 1 attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “the thesis”) by the Defendants at the subordinate academic conference of the Korea Accounting Association on June 19, 2008.

Based on the table No. 1 thesis, the Defendants written the thesis No. 2 in the attached table No. 2 of the attached table No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “the thesis”) and published it in the Accounting Manager of the Korea Accounting Association in December 2008, and the publication of the above personal name was confirmed in December 2009.

Defendant D is a doctoral degree thesis and listed in attached Table 1 List 3.
