Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2013, at around 19:13, the Defendant, upon receiving a report that the Defendant was written in front of the D student clothes located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the Defendant’s slope F belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station E zone of the Incheon Southern Police Station, was entitled to shoulder and invalid the Defendant, and subsequently, the Defendant expressed a bath that “this chrone must grow up on a bitch.” The Defendant assaulted F’s son at one time at the same time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the maintenance of police officers' public order and the settlement of civil petitions.
