1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 100,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the period from April 14, 2016 to January 31, 2018.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On May 26, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) with D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 1”) to purchase land from the owners of the land in the said project site (hereinafter “instant project site”) with respect to multi-family housing projects implemented by Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant E”) in E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 2”) in E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 2”) in E Co., Ltd. and 42 lots of multi-family housing site, with respect to which the Plaintiff would purchase land from the owners of the land in the said project site (hereinafter “instant project site”). The main contents are as follows.

Article 1 (Purpose of this Agreement) The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the implementation of the project by Defendant 1, as it allows Defendant 1 Company to enter into a sales contract with Defendant 1 Company and to ensure that the sales contract can be implemented successfully.

Article 2(Real Estate Subject to Services)F in Echeon-si and 42 Lots, Article 3 (Period of Service Contract)

1. This service is from May 26, 2015 to July 26, 2015.
