1. Of the part against Defendant B Co., Ltd. in the judgment of the court of first instance, the following amount is the amount ordered to be paid.

Basic Facts
On May 2015, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) was requested by Defendant C Co., Ltd. (former trade name: Co., Ltd. E; hereinafter “Defendant 2”) to provide services for the purchase of housing project sites related to G block housing projects (hereinafter “G block housing projects”) that were promoted by Defendant B at the time of the change, E Co., Ltd. (former trade name before the change: Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “Defendant E”).
On May 26, 2015, Defendant 1 entered into a sales contract between the Plaintiff and the owner of each land indicated in the separate sheet of the G block housing project (hereinafter referred to as “each land of this case”; among them, the land No. 1 listed in the separate sheet is referred to as “instant land”); and Defendant 1 entered into a sales contract between the Plaintiff and Defendant 2 with the content that the Plaintiff would pay the service fees to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant service contract”).
Around that time, the Plaintiff and Defendant 1 drafted, with respect to the instant service agreement, a real estate service agreement (No. 16, hereinafter referred to as “the first service agreement”) in which the service price is KRW 100 million and the real estate service price is KRW 200,000,000, respectively, and the first and second services agreement (the evidence No. 1; hereinafter referred to as “the second services agreement”) are completely identical with the content of other contracts, including the date of conclusion of the contract ( May 26, 2015), in addition to the service price, and the main contents are as follows:
The “A” who is a service contractor: Defendant 1 Company, the service contractor “B”, Article 3 (Period of Service Contract)
1. This service is from May 26, 2015 to July 26, 2015.
2. The above paragraph (1) may be adjusted through consultation between the Plaintiff and Defendant 1.
Article 5 (Business Site Services) The Plaintiff shall propose sale to each owner of the site subject to the service and conclude a sales contract with Defendant 1, and the terms and conditions of the service shall be as follows:
