Punishment of the crime

At around 22:10 on September 15, 2014, the Defendant insultingd a police officer who was dispatched to the police officer D for about 112 minutes after receiving 112 report (no. 10062) in front of the road in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, on the ground that there were 10 villagers, including E, for the reason that the police officer was dispatched, insulting the police officer into the police officer for about 10 minutes, stating that the police officer “I ging out gings, hings, hings, gings, gings, and gings, gings, gings, and gings, which would have no way to do so, and thereby openly dispatched to the police officer for about 10 minutes.”
