A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the status that the Defendant was judged as a person with severe pulmonary disability and lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the above disability:

1. In around 18:30 on August 12, 2018, at the residence of the Defendant in Jeju-si, B, the Defendant: (a) committed a ban on food delivery orders and PC access instead of purchasing equipment necessary for ordinary games; and (b) on the ground that the Defendant, who was committed a ban on the purchase of equipment necessary for ordinary games, was fleeped by the Defendant, at the request of his mother (parent) victim D (S) and was flicked by E, for whom he was flicked, he would select flick Newcom.” In drinking, the Defendant called “packed flick, flick, and flick flick flick flick flick.”
