On May 14, 2014, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on May 20, 2014, drinked alcohol at the Defendant’s residence in the Chungcheongnam-gun D Apartment, Chungcheongnam-gun, and had refused to communicate with the Defendant, the Defendant tried to search for the victim and request the dialogue by threatening him with a knife.
