Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2015, at around 02:45, the Defendant received the dispatch of report 112 and received a request for returning home from F to the police station affiliated with the 11st class E police station of Gyeonggi-gu Police Station, which called the site after receiving the dispatch of report 112, while avoiding disturbance around D 1st class elevator located in Pyeongtaek-si C.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while taking a bath to the above police officer, boomed the chest of the above police officer by hand, and assaulted the chest of the above police officer by drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on handling 112 reports.
