Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2016, at around 23:30, the Defendant was asked to ask questions as to whether he/she has the ability to pay the drinking value from D, which was dispatched after receiving a report from 112 that he/she does not calculate the drinking value within the singing point in Pyeongtaek-si B.

Accordingly, while drunkly, the Defendant breadddd against the above police officer, and assaulted the chest of the above police officer on one hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases.
