Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a singing practice hall operator who operates a singing practice hall with the trade name “C” on the second floor of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu B.

1. No alcoholic beverage dealer shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages;

Nevertheless, on March 14, 2016, around 01:30, the Defendant did not comply with the matters to be observed by the singing practice room business operator by selling and providing 2 soldiers to the customers D(33 ,00,000 customers) of the above C around 01:30.

2. No singing practice room business operator shall employ nor arrange a loan for entertainment;

Nevertheless, Defendant 1 received a request from Doz., on the same date and at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, and had Doz. enter the above room, let the Doz. enter the room, let the Doz. enter the room, and let the above customer take a part in the time of the above customer, and did not comply with the matters to be observed by Doz. by arranging the loan by providing the loan to the Doz., and giving it to the Doz.
