Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a singing practice hall with the trade name "C" from the Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City B and the second floor.

1. No singing practice room business operator shall employ nor arrange a loan for entertainment;

Nevertheless, at around 23:00 on July 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a request from Dozer E (55 years old, female) from Dozer E (55 years old, female) to get a customer to drink together with the above D; and (b) breached the obligation of Dozer E (5 years old, female).

2. No licensee of alcoholic beverage sales singing practice room shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages;

Nevertheless, at the same time and place as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant violated the code of practice of the singing practice room business operator by selling 2,00 won of cans which are alcoholic beverages to D, which are alcoholic beverages, and 2,00 won per cans which are alcoholic beverages to customers in the Han River room.
