A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on August 6, 2008, and a fine of four million won as of February 21, 201 by the same court.

1. A defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car.
