A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a passenger car in B.

On March 1, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.108% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.108% on March 1, 2019, and led to a speed of about 88 km in front of Pyeongtaek-gun, a one-lane road in front of Pyeongtaek-gun, at the right right angle from the right angle to the right angle.

In such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a view to the front side and left side and safely driving the motor vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as a ductal of the right-to-hand breath, etc., which requires medical treatment for about 16 weeks, injury to the victim F (the age of 57) who was on the part of the damaged vehicle, such as an acute pressure pressure breath, etc., which requires medical treatment for about 12 weeks, and injury to the victim G (the age of 40) who was on the damaged vehicle for about 2 weeks in need of medical treatment for about 2 weeks, and injury to the victim H (the age of 24) who was on the part of the damaged vehicle, such as a radral culum, etc., in need of medical treatment for about 2 weeks.

2. On March 1, 2019, at around 13:50, the Defendant driven a B Sti-type car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.108% from the 6km section from the road located in the Cheongp-gun of Pyeongtaek-gun to the roads in front of the same military.
