1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On December 19, 2008, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract with the Plaintiff on December 19, 2008, as indicated in the separate sheet with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. On March 26, 2009, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds and the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds received hospital treatment for 343 days in total from each hospital during the period from March 26, 2009 to February 23, 2015, as indicated in the following table, as the escape certificate of a protruding signboard for the 19 days from the 19 days from the 20th century. Under the instant insurance contract, the Defendant received KRW 21,494,240 as the insurance proceeds from the Plaintiff according to the instant insurance contract.
