Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2016, around 00:57, the Defendant driven a wing vehicle B while under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 0.172% alcohol concentration from the section of about 5km from the front of the dialogue station located in the Yongsan-gu U.S. Pari-si, Goyang-si to the front road of the underground luminous car.
