When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On May 8, 2015, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately 10 meters of alcohol level 0.172% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.172% on the roads in front of the Gambag-gu Woo-gu Woo-dong, Goyang-si, Goyang-si.
