Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:20 on January 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on suspicion that the Defendant performed drinking at the main place and did not pay the drinking value at the Busan Youngdo Police Station B; and (b) took a bath for the Defendant’s slope D (42 years of age) who is a police officer working at the above police box, took a walk; (c) on the ground that the victim’s slope D (42 years of age), who is a police officer working at the above police box, took a bath, she sits down, and expulsions at the place where he and two other civil petitioners are located, insulting the victim “hye typ, fright, fright,” thereby openly insulting the victim.
