Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a person who left North Korea in 191 and entered the Republic of Korea as a researcher, etc. after graduating from the University in the Republic of Korea.
B. The Plaintiff, while establishing the “B” organization and acting as a good teacher, began with the motive to assist North Korean residents who are under pressure by the North Korean regime, to “exploit the North Korean War Complex.”
C. The Plaintiff, from around 2003, conducted a research on the projects for the development of the Republic of Korea-Japan using the wind lines. From the mid-2005, the Plaintiff started to work in full scale, i.e., the Plaintiff’s invention of the large wind lines, which can work in large quantities, and sent the large number of North Korea-China leaflets to the large wind lines.
